Job description

As an account executive, you are responsible for the full sales cycle. Your primary focus revolves around acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones, mainly within the B2B sector. Your core responsibility involves promoting and selling software products designed to assist event managers in organizing successful online events. Your role involves generating and following up on leads to ensure optimal outreach.

In addition to proactive lead management, you maintain communication channels through email, phone, and video calls with both prospective and established clients. During these interactions, your goal is to find out their specific needs and craft intelligent solutions to address them effectively. You are aware of market opportunities and follow the latest trends closely.

They develop software for organizing an online, hybrid or a physical event to allow event managers to reach the top of their segment. Since 2017, Let's Get Digital has rolled out a mobile application for this purpose and focused on physical B2B events.

Their digital platform was launched in 2020 and has already received more than 600,000 visitors. Who are you?

As an individual, you possess a natural curiosity and creativity. You consistently seek innovative methods to attract new clients and have experience with cold calling. You ask insightful questions to discover the customer's needs and to explore if you can assist them. Eager to expand your knowledge, you are dedicated to learn all about the product and aspire to advance in your role. Your perseverance keeps you grounded in the field, and you approach challenges with a hands-on mentality. If you have previous experience in B2B software, that's certainly a bonus! If not, we're more than willing to guide you through it.

In addition, you possess:

  • Bachelor education
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good command of English and German language
  • Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
