Job description

As a customer success manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers during and after events, gaining insights into their experiences and challenges. By closely monitoring churn rates and success metrics, you will develop strategies to reduce churn and enhance overall customer success, providing regular reports to the Management Team.

You will work closely with sales, delivery, and the product team, offering internal guidance on improving pricing strategies and product offerings. You will actively extend relationships with customers by identifying and closing follow-up deals. Additionally, you will explore opportunities to increase customer value to fully understand their customer experience. Furthermore, you will conduct market analyses, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data, to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Who are you?

You thrive in dynamic environments and you are able to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment. With a proven ability to make a significant impact, you possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to effectively analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decision-making.

In addition, you possess:

  • Bachelor education
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a track record of success in customer success
  • Fluent command of English and/or German language
  • Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
