As a Business Development Representative DACH at Elfsquad, you will be a key player in our company's growth and expansion. You understand the dynamics within the manufacturing and IT industries and the increasing need for automation solutions. Your role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Elfsquad’s solution can transform their business.
You will outreach to potential clients, nurture leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. You are responsible for building relationships and guide them through Elfsquad’s proven process. Since your main market is the DACH region, you’re also attending exhibitions and are visiting potential customers. You’re acting as a personal investigator for the Account Executives.
Collaborating with colleagues from marketing, sales, and operations, you will address challenges proactively and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Your insights will also be crucial in shaping our commercial and marketing strategies.
